Service Cancellation: (A) If the Client requests cancellation of a service before the service has commenced, a full refund will be issued
(B) If the Client requests cancellation of a service after the service has commenced, a pro-rata refund may be issued, taking into account the portion of the service already provided.
(C) All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice as required by law.
Unsatisfactory Service (A) If the Client is dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided by Microflair, the Client may request a refund
(B)Refund requests based on dissatisfaction must be made in writing and must clearly outline the reasons for the dissatisfaction
Non-Delivery of Service: (A) If Microflair fails to deliver a service as agreed upon in the contract or service agreement, the Client may request a full refund of any fees paid for the undelivered service
Processing Time (A)Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the request..
(B) The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties
No Refund (A) No refund will be issued if the Client breaches the terms of the service agreement or contract.
(B) No refund will be issued for services that have been fully provided in accordance with the terms of the agreement
Disputes(A) T In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the dispute amicably.
(B)If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, either party may seek recourse through the dispute resolution mechanism outlined in the agreement between the parties.
Modifications(A)Microflair reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to the Client.
